BLS Visa Appointment Opening
Appointment slots for Spanish visa applications at BLS will open every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. and will remain open until the weekly quota is filled.
Slots for cancelled appointments at BLS will open every day at 10:00 a.m. and will remain open until the slots are filled.
If you are unable to use your appointment, please cancel it on the website at least 48 working hours before it is due to take place. If you do not cancel on time and do not show up, the system will not allow your access to book appointments during the next twelve weeks.
Photo and Identity Requirements
Appointments must be booked by the visa applicant themselves. Those that are booked by intermediaries will be cancelled or rejected.
When booking your appointment online:
- Always use your personal email address and phone number. Appointments that are booked using any other contact details will not be accepted.
- Capture an original photo of yourself with full face clearly visible. Blank, empty, or passport/printed photos will not be accepted, nor will those that do not clearly match the applicant.
Beware Fraud and Scams
Appointments must be booked exclusively through the BLS website. Please refer to the website for authorized service fees. Booking appointments is free of charge.
Be wary of fraudulent intermediaries charging fees to clients for appointment bookings, and of intermediaries selling visas or visa appointments individually outside our centre.
The decision regarding visa applications is made solely by the competent authorities, and BLS has no role or influence in this process. If you receive such a request (in writing or verbally), please report it immediately by completing the complaint form or by sending an email to antifraud@spainvisa-iran.com and emb.teheran.sc@maec.es.
Our staff never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form of payment to obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment, or influence decision-making. Under no circumstances the applicant should make any direct payments into personal bank accounts.
Always request a receipt for optional value-added services available at our centre.
